Model 600 Equipment Description

Major Components

The Arch Machine's Model 600 Metal Building System is a factory on wheels. The entire system - except for the electric seamers and the run out table system - is mounted securely on a rugged trailer. The Model 600 processes 24" (.61m) coil steel, grade A-D and thickness of .029" through .048".

A. Trailer:

· Bed size . . . 7 feet 7 inches x 28 feet 6 inches long, approx. 2.3m x 7.6 m.

· Bed height . . . 32 inches above the ground, approx. 0.8 m.

· Total height with machinery . . . 90 inches, approx. 2.3 m.

· Trailer weight without machinery . . . 4,500 lbs., approx. 2,042 kg.

· Total weight with machinery . . . 16,000 lbs., approx. 7,257.5 kg.

· 12 - inch steel I - Beam main stringers.

· Frame reinforced at stress points.

· Heavy duty triple axle trailer.

· Pintle hitch adjusts to height of towing vehicle (24" to 40" adjustments).

· Wiring, brakes, lights, and reflectors all comply with U.S. safety standards. (Air brakes and 24 volt electrical system optional).

B. Model 600 Panel Forming Machine:

· All welded steel, 10 inch channel iron frame.

· 16 gauge safety shields over all moving parts.

· Vinyl covers at entrance and exit points for additional weather protection.

· Powder coat paint system applied to all non-plated surfaces.

C. Model 600 Panel Curving Machine:

· All steel 4 and 6 inch channel iron frame.

· 16 gauge safety shields cover all moving parts.

· Hydraulic motor power unit.

· Vinyl covers.

· Powder coat paint system applied to all non-plated surfaces.

D. Model 600 Seaming Machine (2):

· Machine cast aluminum housing and frame.

· Stainless-steel or chrome plated rollers.

· Moving parts covered by safety shield.

· Power unit - 3/4 HP, 110 VAC/DC amp electric drill motor (optional 220 VAC/DC).

· Standard on/off and reverse controls.

E. Run Out Table System:

· 20 tables with heavy duty-adjustable legs.

· Powder coat paint system applied to all non-plated surfaces.

F. Diesel Engine/Hydraulic Power Unit:

· Electric start, air cooled, 36.5 - HP diesel engine (optional gasoline engine).

· Engine drives tandem pump that operates the two forming machines simultaneously.

· Remote panel at rear of trailer with full operation control of engine.

· Engine, battery, fuel tank, pump, etc. mounted to trailer.
